ARUIRegistrationForm - Registration Form

Usage:

This control can be used for self-service user registration and profile management. You can use it as a template for creating your own registration forms. It can be used for both registering a new user and updating existing user information.

Remarks:

If user is updating his/her information and leaves the "Password:" field empty, the password is not being changed. If user enters some text into this field, the new password is stored.
