Copy Image to Disk [EA User Guide]

You can copy a diagram image to a disk file in the following formats:

·	Windows bitmap (256 color bitmap)

GIF image

·	Windows Enhanced Metafile (standard metafile)

·	Windows Placeable Metafile (older style metafile)

·	PNG format

JPG

TGA.

Copy a Diagram Image to File

To copy a diagram image to file, follow the steps below:

1.	Open the diagram to save.

2.	Select the Diagram \| Save Image to File menu option, or press [Ctrl]+[T].

3.	When prompted, enter a name for the file and select an image format.

4.	Click on the OK button.

Note: Enterprise Architect clips the image size to the smallest bounding rectangle that encompasses all diagram elements.
