Keywords are identifiers that form the vocabulary of a
programming language. They may not be used for other purposes, such as serving
as a variable name. The following list shows C++'s keywords; not all of them are
currently implemented. Keywords shown in boldface are also keywords in the ANSI
C99 standard.
